Matchpub Not Crediting My Weekly Gift Coins

For a long time, the weekly gift coins that are supposed to be credited to my account in the Matchpub app have not been added. When I tried to contact live support to resolve this issue, I was unable to send a message through the app’s messaging section because I do not currently have a VIP membership. As a result, I cannot access customer support.
I am experiencing hardship both because my weekly gift coins have not been credited for an extended period and because I am unable to reach live support without a VIP membership. I am requesting that all accumulated gift coins owed to me to date be credited to my account in full and in a single adjustment. Additionally, I request that the platform provide a support channel for non-VIP users in situations like this.
