About two months ago, I purchased coins in the Matchpub app using my credit card—first 2,000 coins, and then 500 coins. Afterward, I realized that the in-app coin prices are extremely high and, in my opinion, not worth the service provided.
After purchasing the coins, I decided that I no longer wanted to continue using the app. For that reason, I am requesting that these transactions be canceled and that the total amount I paid be refunded to my credit card. Since I was unable to find a direct contact through Google, I had to submit my complaint through this channel.
I respectfully request that Matchpub and the related payment provider review the coin purchases made with my credit card and, if possible, issue a full refund for these transactions.
