Matbet Blocked My Account and Refused to Refund My Papel Deposit

Around 15:00, my account on the Matbet site (username: yorgunonur) was blocked without any warning. I had deposited a total of ₺938 and did not receive any bonuses, only making the deposit with my newly created account. The reason given for the ban was “abusing the site,” but no explanation or evidence was provided. After the block, I contacted live support and explained the situation in detail, yet they told me my deposit would not be refunded without giving me any right to respond, and then they closed the chat. I was later prevented from reconnecting to live support. I made my deposit using the Papel method and still have the payment receipt. I had never experienced any issues with this site before, and I am only requesting a refund of my money.

Matbet live support told me that my account was blocked due to multiple memberships and that no refund would be made. I do not know if I really have more than one account, and if there is, I have no information about the login details. Even if what they claim is true, they are still obliged to refund my money. Since depositing money into my new account, I have not received any bonus or placed any bets.
