Matadorbet Shows Wrong Balance and Blocks My Access

Matadorbet has completely blocked my account, and I can’t even access the live chat for support. The minimum balance limit is supposed to be ₺2000, but my account incorrectly displays only ₺500. Although my money is shown in the account, I am unable to use it.

This situation is highly frustrating, as I have no way to resolve the issue or contact customer service. Matadorbet must fix this immediately, update my balance correctly, and restore full access to my account. I demand an urgent resolution to this problem and expect the company to provide proper support for their customers. Ignoring these issues damages trust and credibility.
