I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a money deposit to my Parimatch account that has still not been resolved. On 27-04-2026, I made a deposit of ₹3000 via UPI to my Parimatch balance. The transaction shows as completed on my side, and I have a reference number for this payment: 204936839287. However, the money has not been credited to my Parimatch account. Since this problem occurred, I have created support tickets with Parimatch multiple times. Each time, they simply mark the ticket as “solved” and tell me the problem is resolved, but my balance does not change and the ₹3000 is still missing from my account. This situation is very upsetting because my money is stuck, and I do not receive any clear explanation or real solution from support. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this UPI transaction with reference number 204936839287, credit the missing ₹3000 to my Parimatch account without any further delay, and provide a clear confirmation once this has been done. If the deposit cannot be credited for any reason, I expect a detailed explanation and an immediate refund of my money to my original payment method.
