Matadorbet Took My Deposit but Didn’t Credit It – No Support

I deposited ₺50 into my Matadorbet account, but it never appeared in my balance. When I requested a refund, they told me the amount was too low and asked me to deposit another ₺50 to process it. I did, yet they still didn’t resolve the issue—now I’ve lost ₺100 with no solution.

Their support keeps telling me to use a different IBAN and deposit under my name, but when I refuse, they keep insisting instead of helping me recover my money. This is completely unprofessional and suspicious.
