I Face Verbal Abuse From Valet at Hilton Bakırköy and Decide Never to Return

It was not a good experience for me at all. On June 13, 2025, at the Hilton Bakırköy Hotel — where I am a frequent guest — I had a brief argument with the valet. After waiting for about five minutes, we decided to park our own car. When we entered the hotel, the valet demanded ₺450 from us, even though he had not parked the car. We told him it wasn’t necessary since we had handled it ourselves. As we were walking inside, he insulted us using extremely offensive language.

We chose not to react, but then one of the managers came out, and unfortunately, his attitude was just as unprofessional. However, Mr. M**** at the reception was very polite, handled the situation respectfully, and helped calm things down. Even then, the valet continued his aggressive behavior toward Mr. M****, saying things like “Come here, give me my slip, hurry up and take care of my business,” while gesturing angrily.

Because of this experience, I no longer plan to stay at Hilton hotels. At this point, it makes no difference whether I stay or not. Hilton has lost a loyal customer — this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand.
