On Friday, November 11, 2025 at 10:25 a.m., I returned the Marks & Spencer “Pure Cotton 5-Pack Woven Boxer Set (Dark Navy / XXL),” and the return package was delivered to Muratçeşme. My shipping tracking code is 602482967282.
I completed the return by exercising my right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502. However, despite several days passing, the refund of $52 has still not been issued to my credit card.
When I contacted customer service during this process, they told me they would provide my bank authorization code, but I have received no follow-up and no refund. I request that my refund be processed immediately and the amount deposited back to my credit card.
If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will submit the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with full documentation.
