If M&S has acknowledged your return but you have been waiting for weeks, check your order and return tracking first.
M&S currently says postal returns may take up to 7 days to process, followed by another 3–5 working days for the refund to reach your account, although it also warns of processing delays.
If that timeframe has passed, contact M&S Customer Service with your order number, return tracking number, return date, refund amount, and proof that the parcel was received. M&S lists Customer Service at 0333 014 8000, available Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm.
If M&S confirms the refund was issued but it still has not reached your account, ask your bank or card provider to trace the refund and provide M&S's refund reference.
If the retailer still does not resolve it, don’t hesitate to share your story here. You can also file a complaint on Xolvie to help others in the same situation.
