Hummel Jacket Shows Wear After Few Uses, Exchange Request Denied

On August 28, 2025, I purchased a Hummel HML Sabrina Zip Jacket from a Hummel store. Although I have worn it only a few times and washed it just once, the product has already started to pill noticeably. I sent the item for inspection through the store, but the result was negative, and my request for an exchange was rejected.
Experiencing such deformation in such a short time has been very disappointing and raises serious concerns about the product’s quality. I am requesting that the item be replaced with a new one.
