Marks & Spencer Deducted Points Without Proper Explanation During Exchange
I recently made a purchase at the Marks & Spencer Bilkent store using my accumulated points. The next day, I returned to exchange one of the items. During this process, the equivalent monetary value of the points I had used was charged back to me. At no point during the initial purchase was I informed that this would happen if I exchanged an item.
This lack of transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a brand like Marks & Spencer. I request clarification on this issue and a clear explanation of your policy regarding points usage during exchanges. I hope you address this matter promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
