Bershka Suspended My Account, Points Earned Are Lost

I created a new account with Bershka after seeing on social media that new accounts received bonus points. I planned to use the points later, but now I’ve been informed that my account has been suspended due to a system error. On top of that, they’ve told me that the points I earned will not be restored.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as I followed the promotion in good faith and expected to use the points I was promised. Bershka’s handling of this issue is disappointing, and I feel unfairly treated as a customer. I request immediate clarification, the reinstatement of my account, and the return of my points. Brands should honor their promotions and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
