Marc Washing Machine Cleaner Did Nothing—Waste of Time and Money

I used Marc Washing Machine Cleaner exactly as instructed, running a 60-minute cleaning cycle, but it made no difference at all. The dirt and residue remained just as they were before. Afterward, I even tried scrubbing manually, but the grime wouldn’t budge.

I carefully followed all the steps, including pouring a small amount of cleaner into the detergent compartment and wiping it down first—but still no results. The detergent area remained dirty, and the machine ran for an hour for nothing. This product simply does not work as advertised, and I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money. Marc, explain why your cleaner fails to do its job! I expect a resolution!
