Marc Washing Machine Cleaner Left Terrible Smell in My Laundry

I recently used Marc Washing Machine Cleaner to freshen my washer, but it did exactly the opposite! After cleaning, my laundry started smelling extremely unpleasant, forcing me to wash my clothes again—still no improvement. Thinking airing out the washer might help, I left its door open and stepped out. When I returned, the entire house smelled awful. At first, I thought it was the trash, but after checking everywhere, I realized this unbearable odor was coming directly from the washing machine! How could Marc market a product that causes such terrible results? I'm deeply disappointed and angry that my previously clean machine now reeks horribly. Marc, I urgently need you to provide a solution for removing this smell or refund my money.
