I bought the Marc washing machine cleaner and used it on February 29th, following all the instructions on the label precisely. Instead of leaving my machine fresh and clean, it caused an absolutely unbearable smell that started coming from the inside of the washer right after use. I deeply regret purchasing this product. Ever since I used it, no matter what I try—extra rinses, leaving the door open, even running empty cycles—the stench won't go away.
Worse, I’m worried it’s starting to transfer to my laundry. The machine was fine before this. I have no idea what chemicals are in this liquid, but whatever it is, it has left my washer smelling awful. I feel completely let down and frustrated by the Marc brand. A cleaner that was meant to refresh my machine has now made it unpleasant to use, and I fear it may have caused permanent damage. Marc needs to address this issue immediately and offer a solution or refund to affected customers. I’m not the only one—others are clearly experiencing the same issue.
