I used Marc Washing Machine Cleaner, expecting it to freshen up my machine, but instead, it left an extremely unpleasant odor that won’t go away. I have run multiple empty cycles, added detergent and fabric softener, yet the smell remains.

This has made me hesitant to use my washing machine, as I’m afraid it will transfer the odor to my clothes. It’s been two days, and I still can’t get rid of the smell. I believe there is a problem with the new formula of this product.

I need an urgent solution—how do I get rid of this odor? Marc, fix this issue and provide guidance! Has anyone else experienced this?
