Marc Washing Machine Cleaner Left Awful Smell I Can’t Get Rid Of for Over 10 Days

I bought the Marc washing machine cleaner to give my machine a deep clean and used it exactly as instructed. But instead of making things better, it created a nightmare. Shortly after the cycle finished, a strong and unbearable odor filled the machine—and it's been over 10 days, and the smell is still there! It’s so bad I can’t even enter the bathroom without being overwhelmed.

Now I’m afraid to use my washing machine at all because I don’t want the smell to cling to my clothes. I seriously regret using this product. What’s even more frustrating is that I have no idea what could have caused this, but clearly something is wrong with the formula.

This is not a minor issue—it's made my appliance unusable. I can’t be the only one dealing with this. Marc should investigate this urgently and stop selling this product until it’s safe and actually does what it promises. I demand a solution from the company immediately.
