Maps.me Pro left me in horrible shape. After they deducted my money, I was left with nothing even though I paid for the monthly subscription hoping to have access to the premium tools. I never had very easy access to Maps.me Pro. Thought it was only a hiccup, I reported the problem right away, but they have totally disregarded me. Having emailed several times outlining the issue and hoping for some sort of fix, I have not gotten a single reply. They seem to be simply grabbing money from customers without delivering the promised service. This is unacceptable and really seems to be a hoax. Steer clear of this service to save yourself aggravation. After this, I most surely won't be using Maps.me once more.
