My Life360 Account Locked - Can't Log In or Reset Password

I am beyond frustrated with Life360's broken account access system. For several months, I have been completely locked out of my account with absolutely no way to get back in. The core of the problem is that I've forgotten my password, but the app's recovery mechanisms are utterly useless. Every time I attempt to reset my password, the system simply will not allow it.
I have tried sending a recovery link to my registered email address countless times, but the email never arrives. I have meticulously checked my inbox, my spam folder, and every other possible filter, and there is nothing from Life360. As an alternative, I attempted to recover my account using my phone number, but that process also fails, leaving me at a dead end.
What’s most infuriating is that I can’t even delete my account to start over. I am stuck in a frustrating loop where I can't log in, can't reset my password, and can't close the account. It feels like my account is being held hostage. I need Life360 to provide immediate and effective support to resolve this. Either give me access to my account or allow me to delete it permanently. This needs to be fixed now.
