Skin Peeling And Sticking at Manuka Products
I advise against purchasing products from Manuka. I bought two items and regret both purchases. Despite their products being priced higher than the market average, they sell unbranded and simple items. I bought two beige leather blazer jackets and faced issues with the leather peeling off after just a few uses. When I reached out for assistance, they offered no help. This is disgraceful. Unlike a branded product, I've had a leather jacket from elsewhere for five years without any issues. It's shameful that after just five uses, I can't compare the new product from Manuka with my existing one.

When we contacted our customer, they mentioned that they had communicated with our WhatsApp line. The conversations have been reviewed, and when we consulted the relevant departments, we observed that our customer purchased the product last year. Since the product is made of leather fabric, we place cardboard between the products during shipment to prevent them from sticking together and to avoid any damage. No action can be taken because the issue with the customer's product is due to usage.
