Mango Shoes Started Peeling After Second Wear, Requesting Refund or Exchange
I bought a pair of Mango shoes that I absolutely loved, but after just wearing them twice, the leather on the front started peeling. I’ve never seen such poor quality, even with cheaper brands. If the shoes are already peeling after the second wear, am I supposed to throw them away after just a few more uses? This is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate exchange or refund. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect Mango to address this quickly and provide the support I need.
