Mango Shoes Began To Peel Rapidly
Although it wasn't my first time shopping at Mango, it was my first encounter with a problematic product. Shortly after wearing the shoes I purchased, the leather on the toe tip started peeling off. I promptly returned to the store, even though only a week had passed since my purchase. I expected them to address this issue, and initially, they were apologetic and sent the product for review. However, today, they informed me that the shoes, which I had worn for just an hour during a single use, were considered faulty and needed to be collected. To my surprise, instead of taking responsibility for the problem they caused, they shifted the blame onto me. This occurred only a week after my purchase and one-time use. Feeling unfairly treated, I'm left with no choice but to approach the Consumer Arbitration Committee and file a formal complaint. My advice is to think twice before making a purchase from a company called Mango. Be vigilant!
And they never acted like a brand that cares and doesn't want to lose even a single customer. There was no response at all.
