Unresolved Refund Hassle with Mango
Mango did not properly process my orders with the reference codes dmkub0 and dm8tq, which has made me very upset. Despite the fact that all of the items from these orders were returned in the hopes of receiving refunds, only three of the eight items returned have been processed for refunds. Surprisingly, there are five items that have yet to be refunded. I contacted Mango via phone and email several times in an attempt to discuss this matter with them; however, I have not received a response or a solution. They have not only failed to process my refunds, but they have also failed to address any of my concerns. Because of the annoyance and inconvenience this situation has caused me, I demand that it be resolved as soon as possible.
