I ordered a jacket from Mango Online two weeks ago, but I can't find the package anywhere! When I called Mango, they said they sent it to a domestic courier service called Yurtici Kargo. But Yurtici Kargo told me that they got the information about the shipment but never got the package itself. Back to Mango's customer service, I've been calling them for four days straight, but there's still no solution.
