Mango Delayed My Order for 20 Days, Then Canceled Without Proper Notice

On November 29, 2024, I placed an order on Mango’s website for two pairs of pants and a jacket. The order was confirmed, and the payment was charged to my card. However, nearly a month passed, and my order was not delivered. On December 18, 2024, I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to being out of stock.
This is completely unacceptable—Mango held my payment for 20 days without providing any updates or checking stock availability at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I tried to cancel the jacket as well, but I was told it had already been shipped from the warehouse.
Mango, I demand an alternative solution for this issue and better communication moving forward. My order number is EBYEVV.
