About a month ago, I purchased a pair of Catherine-cut raw-hem jeans from the Mango store in Sivas. Even though I have only washed them once, following the care instructions on the label exactly, the fraying at the hems has become much worse. The jeans already had loose threads at the hems from the day I bought them, and the issue has continued to worsen with every wash.
I paid around ₺1,500–₺1,600 for these jeans. I haven’t yet contacted the Mango store or customer service, but I’m experiencing an ongoing problem with the hems constantly unraveling.
Since I’m not satisfied with the product’s quality, I’m requesting either a replacement or a full refund.
