Mango Pants Developed Knee Marks After One Wear

On November 16, I bought pants from Mango and wore them only once. They became extremely loose and developed knee marks immediately. I emailed them and contacted them through the website, but I never received any response. I am very unhappy with this situation. We spend a lot of money on these products, yet they don’t even try to help. They shouldn’t mislead customers. These products carry their brand name — why don’t they stand behind them? I am asking for assistance regarding this issue.
