On November 17, 2025, I bought a matching outfit — a skirt and a knit sweater — from the Mango online store. I paid a total of $95 for the order, and $42 of that was for the knit sweater, which has not yet been delivered.
I paid with a credit card, and my order number is etxor1, with the delivery address listed as Dikili, Izmir. I received the skirt, but the knit sweater from the same order still hasn’t arrived.
When I checked my order status, the item had been listed as “ready for shipment” for days, but there had been no movement or tracking activity from the courier.
When I called customer service, they told me about five days ago that they would resolve the issue, but nothing has happened since then.
Because I wanted to wear the outfit together, I can only use the skirt, so the purchase is basically meaningless for me now. Experiencing this kind of delay and uncertainty from a brand like Mango has been seriously disappointing.
Either the knit sweater should be shipped to me immediately, or if it cannot be sent, I demand an immediate refund of the $42 I paid for it back to my credit card.
