Paid $165 for Mango Parka But Order Still Not Shipped After Weeks

On September 26, 2025, I purchased a checked parka with a contrast collar from Mango’s online store with the order number erılc5. The product page stated that it would be shipped within 2–4 business days. However, even though the payment of $165 was successfully charged to my credit card, the product has still not been shipped.

The delivery address was listed as Ataşehir, Istanbul. I have contacted Mango customer service multiple times through the live chat feature. Each time, I was told that there is a technical issue, that the delivery date is unknown, and that the system cannot confirm when the product will be shipped. When I asked to cancel the order, I received an email stating that the order could not be canceled.

I request that my product be shipped to me immediately as promised. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board for failing to fulfill the order and provide proper communication.
