Mango Mobile's Refund Policy Isn't Fair

I can't believe what happened when I bought things from the Mango Mobile app worth TL 5,849.94 on January 31, 2023. Since I was going out of town, I chose to pick up my orders at the store, and they came 15 days later with the option to buy from the store. I sent back two packages I hadn't tried, and I was surprised to see that I had to pay for them on my credit card bill. Was a trick! I talked to a customer service rep at Mango, and he said that I would get my money back within 48 hours. But it's been days and I still don't have my money back. I have audio and video recordings of my conversations with Mango because I want to be honest and do the right thing. Even better, the return form shows that the store got the packages. Why are they making me pay cash when it's not the right way to do things? This whole experience with Mango TR Textile Trade Ltd has been frustrating and disappointing.
