On Monday, September 28, 2025, I made a purchase of ₺22,112.62 through the Mango mobile app (Order No: ERK8RE). Shortly after completing the transaction, I requested to cancel the order on the same day. However, Mango rejected my cancellation request, citing a system error, even though I have the legal right to cancel within the allowed time frame.
During this process, I contacted customer service via live chat, but I received a negative response, and my issue was not resolved. Due to this unpleasant experience, I’ve decided that I will no longer shop with Mango, and I intend to return any future orders I’ve placed with them.
I request that my cancellation request be processed immediately in accordance with consumer protection laws, and that the ₺22,112.62 payment be refunded to me without further delay.
