I Face Delayed Delivery for My Mango Online Order

On October 7, 2025, I placed an order for a pair of pants from Mango’s online store (Order No: ES27JT) and made the payment using my credit card. However, despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been delivered. In addition, even though the estimated delivery date has already passed, I have not received any updates or notifications regarding the delay.

I request that my order be shipped to my address in İzmir immediately and that Mango provide clearer communication about delivery delays.
