Mango Canceled My Item Due to Stock Error but Won’t Refund My $26
On November 29, 2025, I placed an order on Mango’s online store. While my order was still being prepared, one of the items was canceled unilaterally by the company due to a stock error and was never shipped to me. When I called customer service, I was told that once my order is delivered, the amount for the missing item would be refunded.
In a similar situation with Mango in the past, the canceled item was refunded to me immediately, and the rest of the order continued separately. This time, however, the $26 refund for an item that was canceled entirely due to their own mistake — and never shipped to me — is being unnecessarily delayed, making me feel like my rights are being ignored.
Since the stock error is entirely Mango’s responsibility, I request that the full $26 for the item that was never sent and was canceled in the system be refunded to me immediately and without delay.
