I Face Mango Shopper Bag Leather Damage Shortly After Purchase

On September 6, I purchased a Mango shopper bag with charm detail through Trendyol. I used the bag for about two weeks, and today I noticed that the leather at the bottom of the bag has started to peel and deteriorate. I’m extremely disappointed, as I used the product very carefully and for a short period of time, yet it has already shown signs of damage.

My delivery number is 9720700780. I understand that the product is not under warranty, but I cannot accept this level of wear and tear in such a short time. I am requesting a product replacement from either Mango or Trendyol.
