Mango Jeans Deformed After First Wash – Product Quality Issue

During Mango’s July sale period, I purchased a “Cotton Skinny Jeans” (Order No: EOE4QE) for my daughter through Mango’s official website. When the weather got colder, we dressed her in the jeans for the first time and washed them on October 14, following the care instructions on the label — at 30°C, inside out, on a gentle baby-clothing cycle, and air-dried. However, after just one wash, the jeans became significantly stretched out and deformed.

I’ve purchased many items from Mango before and have never experienced such an issue — this problem occurred only with this product.

I paid approximately ₺399 for the jeans. I understand that the return or exchange period may have expired, but I kindly ask the brand to assist in resolving this issue and to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
