MAC released a limited edition collection that’s already sold out online — are restocks common or is it gone for good?

MAC’s limited-edition collections are often produced in small batches and once they sell out, many of the shades or items are not restocked.

Allure’s coverage of the Lipstick Bringbacks line noted that some shades like “Fleshpot” and “Bubbles” were gone immediately and there was no confirmation if they’d return.

That said, MAC sometimes does reintroduce products or shades through “Bringbacks” or seasonal revivals (products coming “out of the vault”).

Their official site’s “New Makeup Collections” section lists permanent and limited-edition launches, which suggests some retired items may be brought back—but this is neither guaranteed nor frequent.
