In July 2025, I purchased a Mac Studio Face and Body Foundation C1 120 ml (773602344802) through Hepsiburada, with Mac Cosmetics listed as the official seller. I paid 1,922 TL for this product.
The very first time I applied it, I experienced a serious skin reaction: inflamed eczema broke out on my face. I immediately consulted a doctor, and I have a medical report documenting this condition caused by the product.
I contacted Hepsiburada customer service regarding a return, but they told me that my request would not be accepted, claiming such skin reactions were “normal” and could happen. This response is both dismissive and unacceptable, especially for a premium brand like Mac, where product safety should be guaranteed.
I am demanding a full refund for this defective and harmful product. If my request is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority and seek compensation for my medical expenses.
This is not just a matter of dissatisfaction—it is a serious health concern caused by a product I trusted to be safe. I expect Mac and Hepsiburada to take responsibility immediately.
