I Can’t Track My Forever 21 Order and Still Haven’t Received a Shipping Update
I placed an order with Forever 21 and received a notification saying my items had been shipped. But days have passed, and I still haven’t received any tracking number or proof that my package even exists. What made me suspicious from the start was that they claimed to have shipped it on a public holiday—when all shipping services were clearly closed.
I contacted customer service several times, but they keep saying they’ll “look into it” and never follow up. I’ve asked for a tracking number, any proof of shipment—nothing. When I check with the courier companies using my name, address, and phone number, they confirm there is no package under my information.
This is unacceptable. I’ve paid for a product that may not even have been shipped, and Forever 21 is offering no help. I demand they either provide valid tracking details immediately or issue a full refund. Customers should not be left in the dark like this with no accountability. Resolve this now.
