Forever 21 Fails To Deliver Order in Time & Poor Customer Service
On March 5th, I made a purchase of $435 on the Forever 21 website. I needed the clothes for a trip that lasted 5 days and I was leaving on March 16th. I figured I had enough time, so I went ahead and chose the free shipping option. But now, I deeply regret making that choice. I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. The tracking code ain't working, and it's like pulling teeth to reach customer service. My flight is tomorrow morning, so there's no way the package can make it in time. Yesterday, I finally managed to get in touch with a customer service representative. I requested them to cancel my order, but they informed me that I could only do so once I had received the package. I won't be home for 5 days, so how am I supposed to return the order? Forever 21's customer service is absolutely terrible. It's by far the worst I've ever encountered.
