Unprofessionalism by Lufthansa Gate Istanbul Security Staff During Detailed Luggage Check

On June 6, 2024, at Gate B5A for Lufthansa flight LH1301 from Istanbul to Frankfurt, Gözen Security conducted a detailed hand luggage check at 18:55 following a public request. During this process, a female security officer mistakenly opened another passenger's suitcase while scanning my luggage. I’m filing a complaint about this behavior.
The passenger, who had difficulty closing their suitcase, asked for help and tried to communicate in English. However, the female officer was dismissive, didn’t make eye contact, and sometimes responded with her back turned or not at all. Eventually, she only replied in Turkish, seemingly to brush the passenger off.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t identify the employee as she wasn’t wearing a visible ID. She has brown hair, is approximately 1.63 meters tall, and was working alone, checking luggage with a male colleague.
