Lufthansa Was Unable to Locate My Lost Baggage
I arrived in Montreal on June 22 with a layover in Munich using Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa. Unfortunately, Lufthansa failed to load one of our bags (baggage no: 0235418458) in Munich. Since then, they haven't provided any information about our bag. Despite calling the airport, we were only informed that it forcefully arrived in Montreal, with no official update from Lufthansa. Moreover, they nonsensically claimed that the bag was not found via email. After calling the airport, we discovered that our bag was indeed in Montreal. Lufthansa's lack of information and inability to update their system leaves us questioning the quality of their service. This situation is both absurd and inconvenient, especially since our daily medication is in the missing bag. We are prepared to pursue all legal options against Lufthansa.
