Lufian Optimum Store Rejected My Claim for Defective Polo Shirt

About four months ago, I purchased a blue polo-neck T-shirt from the Lufian Optimum store. Despite using it for only two months, the product developed color fading and shrinkage issues. I have always followed the washing and care instructions exactly as indicated.

Since the product was still within the six-month warranty period, I brought it back to the store and requested an exchange. However, my request was rejected on the grounds of “user error.” I was informed under case number 90-491-3612 that the decision was negative and was asked to collect the product from the store.

I strongly believe the product is defective, not misused, and therefore request that my exchange request be reconsidered and properly evaluated.
