Loveholidays Ignoring My Name Change Request and My Flight Is in 4 Days

Loveholidays scheduled my vacation; my flight is in four days. Early February 2025 saw a name change request, but nothing has progressed. Every day, I have been pursuing this by phone and email just to get the same response: "We are waiting to hear back from the supplier, please be patient." Given my trip is almost here, how long should I wait? I asked to talk to someone in authority, but without luck. I requested for the unreachable amendment team. I requested a callback; nothing came of it. They say it's "escalated," yet nothing has changed. Customer service of Loveholidays is very useless. I absolutely need this fixed right away.
