On November 12, 2024, I purchased the Loreal Paris Revitalift Laser x3 Day Cream, which caused an allergic reaction on my spouse’s face. I went to the store to report the issue and requested a return. However, the store representative, Ms. D***, insisted on the receipt, which I had unfortunately misplaced.
I asked her to retrieve the receipt from their system, but she claimed they didn’t have such a system. I even showed my credit card statement, clearly displaying a ₺604 purchase on the same day, but she refused, saying it wasn’t sufficient proof. Her dismissive attitude was unacceptable.
I demand the store accept the product return and refund me promptly. Attached are photos showing the allergic reaction. Please address this matter urgently.
