I purchased the L’Oréal Revitalift Laser Serum from an Eve store, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality skincare. Unfortunately, shortly after applying the product, my face broke out in severe eczema, especially around my eye area. It was painful, inflamed, and extremely uncomfortable.
I had to seek treatment from a dermatologist and was prescribed cortisone medication to control the reaction. I now have official dermatology reports documenting the effects of this product on my skin. This was not a minor irritation—it caused serious damage across my entire face and disrupted my daily life.
I demand a full refund for the ₺ I spent and request that this complaint be taken seriously. I’ve used skincare products from L’Oréal before, but I’ve never experienced such an intense and harmful reaction. A serum that claims to improve skin should not cause this level of damage.
Please respond immediately and provide instructions for how to return the product and submit my medical documentation. No one should have to go through what I did. L’Oréal must take responsibility for products that compromise consumer health.
