I bought something from the Marmara Park store on November 17, 2023 because a Loreal salesperson recommended it to me. Even though I expressed concern that this color might be too light for my face, the salesperson assured me that the foundation would give my face a radiant glow. But when I used the product at home, it looked really bad on my face. I gave it back to get my money back. The cashier said the color didn't look good on me and that I could return it. Because I didn't have my credit card with me, I went back home to grab it and then came back. But then, another staff member said they couldn't take the return. I kept asking and gave them my phone number to call me back, but they never called. I spent 359.90 ₺ on the product because the salesperson suggested it, not because I personally chose it.
