Skin Reaction to L'Oréal Paris Bright Reveal Series Product

In November 2024, I purchased products from the L'Oréal Paris Bright Reveal series at Migros Mion store. I used the moisturizer and sunscreen, but I did not open the serum. After starting to use the products, I experienced persistent redness and a burning sensation on my face. Initially, I thought this might be part of an adaptation period, so I continued to use the products occasionally. However, each time I used them, I had the same reactions, and the burning sensation became painful on my skin. Therefore, I contacted your customer service to report that the product caused damage to my skin and to file a complaint. However, I was told that my complaint would not be considered due to the time that had passed since purchase. I expected a major brand like L'Oréal to be more sensitive to health issues experienced by its customers. The burning and redness caused by these products on my skin is completely unacceptable. I found your approach highly unsatisfactory and I am requesting a resolution to this issue. I have decided to share my experience on social media and consumer complaint platforms to inform other users.
