L’Oréal Revitalift Clinical Sunscreen Too Watery and Ineffective

I purchased L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Clinical sunscreen from an Eve store on January 22, 2026. However, the texture of the product is almost like water—extremely runny—and because of this, even when I apply a sufficient amount, it doesn’t adequately cover my face and does not provide enough moisture for my skin.

When I compared it with the same product line and with products used by others, I noticed a significant difference in texture. This makes me think there may be an issue with the formula or quality of the product I purchased. I definitely did not receive the level of protection and care I expected.

For this reason, I request that my product be examined, and if deemed appropriate, that a refund or replacement be provided.
