I’ve been using the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler Eye Serum, and this was actually my second time purchasing the product because I was satisfied with the first. I had been applying it regularly, but after about a month and a half of use, I noticed a change in the texture and appearance of the serum. Small particles and light sediment began to form inside the bottle, and shortly after, the product turned noticeably yellow.
Unfortunately, the information on the packaging — including batch numbers and expiry date — is faded and unreadable, so I can’t verify whether the product has expired or if this change is due to a formulation issue. While I didn’t experience any adverse skin reactions while using it before the color change, I stopped applying it out of caution once I saw the discoloration.
I’m reaching out to both L’Oréal Paris and Gratis to request clear guidance. Is this product still safe to use? Has the formula changed, or did I receive a faulty batch? I would appreciate a prompt explanation and support in resolving this issue — whether that be a replacement, refund, or at the very least, clarity on product safety.
