L'Oréal Excellence 01 Ultra Light Natural Blonde - I have used this color before without any issues. However, when I used the last 3 color packets weekly, I expected it to lighten my hair, but instead, it turned even my existing platinum blonde hair orange and made my roots almost carrot-colored. I spent a lot of money on a high-quality product, hoping not to have any problems. Clearly, there has been a change in the composition, as it also led to hair loss.

You know how to increase prices, but why lower the quality? Why do we choose this brand when there are products at half the price? Think about it. If you can't do your job properly, don't produce and don't deceive people. If you have reasonable answers to these complaints or can refund the fee, then please respond. Pass on the issues to the factory so they can be addressed. I know you can't do anything about this matter, but your quality problems are a significant concern.
